With long winter days behind us, we're moving a season that offers up space to renew and restore as we step into warmth and light. Join Courtney for a night of relaxation and tranquility as we begin to celebrate Spring. The dim lighting provided by candles will set a calming mood for the evening. The workshop will begin with gentle, restorative yoga postures and the second portion of class will be Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation in which your body and mind is in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, water, all other yoga props will be provided.
